About Dr. Dirkmaat

Dr. Heather Dirkmaat, ND received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences.  Her dedication to research has been ongoing stemming from her undergraduate career at the University of Colorado-Denver where she was awarded three awards for her undergraduate research examining the development of atherosclerosis in pre-menopausal women.

She received her Master of Biomedical Sciences from University of Northern Colorado, and received her Master of Biotechnology at Johns Hopkins University where she researched genetically modified organisms (GMO).

A special message from Dr. Dirkmaat herself:

"I keep up with research and integrate it into my care.  I have worked with some of the top doctors in my industry and make recommendations that will be best for the child.  My methods are safe and effective.

The blend of medicine I practice is an eclectic one.  I use both Western and Eastern medicine to formulate the best outcome for the patients.  My medicine serves a spectrum that accommodates both natural and conventional mindsets.

I provide safe, knowledgeable, quality care to the community.  The care provided is non-judgmental and does not discriminate based on sexual preferences, orientation, gender, or vaccination status."

Dr. Sunita Randhawa

Naturopathic Medical Doctor

About Dr. Randhawa

Dr. Sunita Randhawa, ND, earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2024. Sunita’s deep love for pediatrics began early in life, shaped by her close-knit family, as well as the lasting impact of her own pediatrician; whose kindness and care left a profound impression on her growing up. This early inspiration guided her through a dedicated pediatrics honors track during her final clinical year at Sonoran University, where she focused on child wellness and preventive care.

Sunita practices integrative, evidence-based medicine with a heart-centered approach. She draws on the latest research to collaborate closely with families, uncovering the root causes of health issues and developing personalized care plans. Her work emphasizes shared decision-making and fosters a safe, inclusive environment where children and their families feel heard and supported.

Outside of clinical practice, Sunita enjoys traveling the world, discovering the beauty of new cultures, and sharing meals that nourish both body and soul, with her fiancé. She cherishes meaningful moments with loved ones and believes that connection is at the heart of a fulfilling life. Sunita is dedicated to supporting children and families with empathy, compassion, and steadfast care through every stage of their journey.

A note from Dr. Sunita:

Hello! I am so excited to join you on your family’s health journey! Just like my travels, whether it’s swinging through the skies above Bali or chasing the northern lights in Iceland, I see health as a fun adventure that thrives on connection and care. It reminds me of my favorite childhood book, Love You Forever, which teaches that every stage of life is a beautiful journey, all grounded in love. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and support you on your wellness path. And if you love playful corgis, I would be excited to share more about mine named Obi!
