What kind of care do you offer?Natural Pediatrix can fill the role as your primary care provider. We can also work alongside other primary care providers and specialists. We perform all wellness exams in office and offer acute care.

Do you accept insurance?We do not accept insurance. We do take HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards. At the end of your visit, we will print you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. We cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you. If they don't, hang on to your superbill! It is a tax write-off at the end of the year.

How often does my child need to be seen?Well Baby and Well Child Exams are recommended to monitor your child's growth and development. Well Baby and Well Child Exams are recommended at the following ages: 2 Weeks 2 Months 4 Months 6 Months 9 Months 12 Months 15 Months 18 Months 24 Months Every year until 18 years old

How can I get in touch with you between appointments?If you need anything in between appointments, please call our office at 480-454-4375. Our administrative staff will make sure your doctor is aware of your message and will provider appropriate answers when they are able. You may also message your doctor or our administrative staff through your health portal. It may be advised to bring your child in for a visit to properly address your concerns.

Do my children have to be vaccinated to be seen in your office?No! We do not discriminate against children based upon their vaccination status. We welcome anyone and everyone to our practice regardless of their desire to vaccinate.

How long does it take to notice a difference after starting a new treatment?Homeopathy treatments do take longer than traditional western medicine. Patient is very important when treating conditions with homeopathic remedies. If you have any questions or concerns about your treatment plan, please contact our office.

What does the salt room help with?Halotherapy is an alternative treatment to help with upper respiratory conditions such as coughs, colds, asthma, allergies, etc. This treatment works best when the salt is absorbed through the feet, and when inhaled. In the salt room, the halogenerator disperses salt particles in the air which settle into the lungs and respiratory tract. The salt has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties.
