Frequently asked questions
We do not accept insurance. We do take HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards. At the end of your visit, we will print you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. We cannot guarantee your insurance will reimburse you. If they don't, hang on to your superbill! It is a tax write-off at the end of the year.
If you need anything in between appointments, please call our office at 480-454-4375. You may also message your doctor or our administrative staff through your health portal. It may be advised to bring your child in for a visit to properly address your concerns.
Halotherapy is an alternative treatment to help with upper respiratory conditions such as coughs, colds, asthma, allergies, etc. This treatment works best when the salt is absorbed through the feet, and when inhaled. In the salt room, the halogenerator disperses salt particles in the air which settle into the lungs and respiratory tract. The salt has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties.
