New patient exam
1 Hour long comprehensive exam, including physical exam, health and lifestyle overview, ending with a treatment plan custom for you or your child. Vaccines are optional and a recommended schedule can be made during this time, if desired.

Well baby & well child
45 minute complete physical exam to monitor growth and developmental milestones. For established patients only.

newborns
Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! This is an hour long comprehensive exam. Please schedule your first newborn visit within the first week after birth. If you do not see availability for this time frame, contact the office for accommodations.

Acute care/sick visits
30 minute visit to address illness. You do not need to be an established patient to schedule a sick visit. ​

follow up appointments
These appointments are for established patients only and are offered both in person and telemedicine. This is a 45 minute appointment to discuss any concerns previously examined in office.

sports physicals
15 minute physical exam for aspiring athletes. Please bring required sports physical forms from your child's school.
