Salt Room Therapy at Natural Pediatrix

Where healing begins with a breath.

Our halotherapy salt room at Natural Pediatrix Queen Creek & Scottsdale is one of those things families discover and wonder how they ever lived without it. It is calming, non-invasive, and genuinely effective. Kids think it is fun. Parents love the results.

What is salt room therapy?

Halotherapy, or salt therapy, has been used for centuries to support respiratory health. Salt is naturally antimicrobial, killing existing pathogens and helping protect against future infections. It is also powerfully anti-inflammatory, which makes it effective for any condition with a respiratory or immune component.

Our salt room is filled with pharmaceutical-grade Himalayan salt. A halogenerator disperses fine salt particles into the air throughout your session. When inhaled, those particles travel into the lungs and respiratory tract, helping clear mucus, reduce inflammation, and support healthy lung function. The salt also absorbs through the skin and feet during the session, adding a whole-body benefit.

Sessions are relaxing and require nothing from your child except showing up. No medicine. No needles. No prep. Just clean salt air.
